About

Potential OT is an independent practice providing Occupational Therapy to the people of Lincolnshire.

What is OT?

"Occupation" refers to the purposeful and meaningful activities which give individuals a sense of identity. Occupational Therapists provide practical advice and therapeutic interventions to overcome barriers and aid recovery.

Occupational therapists work with adults and children of all ages with a wide range of conditions; most commonly those who have difficulties due to a mental health illness, physical or learning disabilities.

An occupational therapist will consider all your needs - physical, psychological, social and environmental. This support can make a real difference to your life, giving you a renewed sense of purpose, opening up new horizons, and changing the way you feel about the future.

Occupational therapists are skilled professionals who find solutions to everyday problems.
